This information is collected on behalf of the HVAC contractor using our Services. Homeowners provide written consent via a compliant opt-in form before any SMS communications are sent.
  • Usage data: Information about how you access and use our Services, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.
  • Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Services
  • Deliver and qualify leads on behalf of HVAC contractor clients
  • Send transactional SMS communications related to your service inquiry, including initial lead follow-up messages and appointment confirmation requests

3. SMS Communications

Kyvero AI sends SMS text messages as part of its lead follow-up services. These messages are sent only to homeowners who have provided express written consent via a compliant opt-in form at the time of submitting their service inquiry.

SMS opt-in data and mobile phone numbers collected through our Services will not be sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances. This information is kept strictly confidential and is used solely to send the communications you have consented to receive.

Types of messages we send: Initial lead follow-up messages confirming receipt of your service inquiry and connecting you with the HVAC contractor you contacted, and appointment confirmation messages sent before a scheduled appointment asking you to reply and confirm the appointment time. Message frequency varies based on inquiry activity, typically 1–3 messages per inquiry submitted.

How to opt out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will immediately stop sending future messages to your number. No further action is required.

4. How We Share Your Information

  • HVAC contractor clients:Information collected through our lead generation services is shared with the specific HVAC contractor that you expressed interest in contacting, for that contractor's operational purposes (e.g., following up about your service request).
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Lead data and SMS communication records are retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 12 months, unless earlier deletion is requested. SMS opt-out records are retained for a minimum of 10 years to comply with applicable regulations.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit, access controls, and secure credential management.
