This information is collected on behalf of the business using our Service.
  • Usage data: Information about how you access and use our Services, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.
  • Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Services
  • Process and fulfill appointments and bookings

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Call records and lead data are retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus 12 months, unless deletion is requested.
